Ages 9 years & up • Meets Wednesdays from 4:45 – 6:15pm • Directed by Julie Desbordes
As a community music school, we believe sharing the joy of music with others is one of the most valuable and rewarding benefits of being part of the TBMS family. We strongly encourage all students with at least two years of experience on their instrument to join the TBMS Youth Orchestra!
In this exciting new ensemble, students explore pieces from the symphonic repertoire as well as traditional and folk pieces. This is a fun and challenging opportunity for students of different ages and levels to learn from each other and grow as musicians. Working in a symphonic setting helps students learn ensemble playing skills and the importance of teamwork.
Joining the orchestra is also an excellent way for those studying privately to make new friends! Students who are new to TBMS are also welcome to enroll.
Students should have at least two years of experience on their instrument. Audition is required. Contact email@example.com to schedule an audition and receive audition materials.
Current TBMS students: Annual dues: $250
New students: Spring dues: $570 + $45 reg. fee
